Friends of Carrshield Village hall are entitled to attend the AGM, and to join the committee to promote the best use of the hall, in order to benefit the local community. for just £1 per year, please email bookings@ to join, or renew your membership before the end of April each year.
We plan to hold the AGM on the April Pub evening – 6pm on the last Saturday of April, followed by buffet and drinks from the bar.
The Committee members meet at 7pm on the first Monday of alternate months (starting February) to review the activities, finances, upkeep, clubs and future plans. We are always keen for new members to join!
